My view is that the $ and £ will be much lower in a couple of years.
With the printing presses out in force much higher inflation is round the corner.
To position yourself the wise thing to do is to have positions in good solid companies foreign currency dividends as well.
I have sifted a portfolio which are all Investment Trusts and I am familiar with the Trusts
On the close of play on 20.11.08 there are 8 with £25000 in each invested.
I will watch them closely from here.
I do not think the equity markets are near there bottom but the markets will decide.
I feel that we are due for a rally.
