The Ftse hit a low in Nov 2008 which was the end of the A wave( a downwave)we are now in a B wave (upwave)Which could last till March 2009 then comes the C wave which will the devasting down leg which will send the FTSE 100 to the bottom of the bear market.
How far it will drop my forecast is 1990.which is a 50% drop from here.

With regards to the £ versus the $
the US is pumping large amounts of liquidity into the market
The US have many toxic assetts, I expect the dollar to devalued by at least 48%.
But if the dollar falls the worlds assetts will rise that is a dilema.
