The Dow high on 11.10.2007 was 14198 gold was $600 that's 23.66 times to Gold.
Dow now is 8000 and gold is 927 - that's 8.62 times to Gold
In the US and the UK we will have inflation, possibly high inflation 10% plus and gold will rocket.
The UK say that we are going to get deflation the same with the US.

It was always recognised that M3 determined whether inflation was increasing or decreasing and at the moment it is increasing.
Ask yourself why the two goverments stopped publishing M3, to hide inflation from the public with their distorted cpi and retail price indexes,
